Credit Card Booking Policy

 

At Balance, we require a credit card to reserve your massage.  Our 24 hour cancellation policy allows you to make changes or cancel your massage within 24 hours. Inside of that, barring illness or emergency, $70 per 60 min massage will be charged.

 

Our therapists work to build their businesses within Balance. We view their time as an investment into that business and want to make sure that investment is acknowledged & recognized.

 

This fee is charged ONLY for appointments that we are not able to book. If we are able to schedule an appointment in that slot, we waive the fee.

 

Gift Certificates

 

Gift Certificates are valid for the length of session they are sold for. Gift Certificates hold no cash value.  Gift certificates expire after 2 years.

October/April Sale Guidelines

 

Sessions purchased cannot be split. If you want to upgrade to a 90-minute massage after you purchase your 60-minute massage, you can do so for $45. If you purchase a 90-minute session, it can only be used as a 90-minute massage.

There is no cash value assigned to your massages. As stated, they are only good for the length of session you purchase.

Sessions expire after 2 years from date of purchase.

Minors

 

We require the consent of a legal guardian or parent before performing massage to clients under the age of 18. If a client is under 13 years old, a legal guardian or parent must accompany them during the massage.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Requests for refunds will be reviewed and if refunded a 10% service fee will be charged to cover admin costs and credit card fees.
